This building is part of the historical heritage catalog of the city of Grenchen, dating from the late 1800s. A visionary client intended to convert the property into Airbnb temporary rental apartments, under this premise the floors have been modified in such a way that studios of one room, two and three bedrooms for different user profiles emerge.

The façade has been preserved in its appearance and materiality, historical elements such as the stairs were restored faithful to their original appearance.
