The former detached house from the turn of the 20th century required a complete renovation of the façade and roof. The attic also had to be completely renovated. Respecting its historical legacy without neglecting contemporaneity, materials, colors and artifacts have been combined, composing a balanced, emotional and warm architecture that allows the old house to recover traces of its past and adapt the comfort and beauty of the present.
